The client acknowledges and accepts the responsibility of providing the coach with a minimum 24-hour advance notice in case of any session cancellation. In the event of a missed appointment, the coach retains the right to invoice the client for the scheduled meeting. The coach, in the spirit of goodwill, will make reasonable efforts to reschedule any missed sessions whenever possible.
