I have always been curious about what makes us choose the lives we choose.
For years, I was busy doing what most of us do - building a career, taking responsibility, achieving, and moving forward.
And somewhere along the way, I became fascinated by a different question:
What happens when we stop asking what we should do, and start asking what we truly want?
That question changed the way I began to look at life - at decisions, relationships, ambition, emotions and the stories we carry about ourselves.
I realised that often, the problem isn't that we don't know enough. There is simply too much noise to hear what we already know.
Today, I create spaces for people to slow down, think deeply and experience themselves honestly. I listen, I question, I challenge when needed - and I stay curious about what lies beneath the obvious answer.
My work has grown through years of coaching, learning and, perhaps most importantly, living - as a woman, a mother, a professional, and someone who continues to question her own assumptions about what makes a life meaningful.
Sound decisions come from an aligned inner world. I help individuals build both.
That is the space I create.

About MakeDecisions
MakeDecisions is a private space for individuals who have outgrown external success as their only measure - and are ready for a more complete way of living.
This is not a place for advice, motivation, or surface-level change. It is a space for those who are ready to understand the nature of their own thinking, their emotional patterns, and the way they relate to themselves under pressure.
Our work sits at the intersection of timeless inner inquiry and modern neuroscience—not to make life easier, but to build the capacity to navigate its complexity.
The work is subtle. It is precise. And it changes how life is experienced—not just how it looks.
My Process
If you work with me, don’t expect a dramatic “fix.”
What you will experience is a very real shift in how you relate to your own mind.
We begin by slowing things down.
Most people come in overwhelmed—overthinking, second-guessing, trying to control their emotions or escape them. In the first phase, we don’t rush to solutions. We build awareness. You start noticing your patterns—how you avoid discomfort, how comparison shows up, how fear quietly drives decisions.
Then we move into something deeper: learning how to be with your emotions without trying to change them immediately.
This is where most people feel something new. Instead of fixing confusion, fear, or self-doubt, you learn how to hold them. You’ll see that you can feel contradictory emotions at the same time—and not fall apart.
From there, we begin training your brain—gently, consistently.
You’ll learn how to pause, process, and respond instead of reacting. This is where emotional strength starts building. Not by becoming positive all the time, but by becoming steady.
Alongside this, we bring in structure where needed—simple practices, small commitments, and ways to build self-trust. Not discipline through pressure, but through clarity.
By the final phase, something shifts.
You’re still human—you still feel everything—but you’re no longer controlled by it. Decisions become cleaner. Comparison loses its grip. You stop tiptoeing through your life.
This work is not loud. It’s not performative. It’s subtle, honest, and deeply personal.
And it stays with you—because you haven’t just changed your actions, you’ve changed your relationship with yourself.
